fabdog will only accept returns for items in their original condition. This means the merchandise is unused, unwashed, not damaged and still has the original tags attached. Absolutely no item will be accepted for a refund with pet hair on it.

None. Zip. Nada. NO pet hair!

(Would you want to receive a sweater or pajamas with someone else's hair on it? Didn't think so.) 

If you would like to make a return, simply mail the item back to fabdog and include the packing slip you received. The customer is responsible for all return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We generally process returns within 1-3 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a refund back to the original payment method used within approximately 3-5 business days from when the refund is processed-depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If an item is received not in its original condition (upon inspection) OR after the 14 day return period a store credit, rather than a refund, will be issued.

All orders placed before December 24th, 2020 must be received by fabdog no later than January 10th, 2021. Any order shipped back for a refund after that time will be issued a store credit- no exceptions. 

 

EXCHANGES

fabdog no longer accepts exchanges. If you are looking to do an exchange, simply place an order for the new item you are looking to receive and ship back the item you no longer want for a refund.
