Returns

At fabdog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We gladly accept returns for items that are in their original condition. This means the merchandise should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still have the original tags attached. To ensure a smooth return process, please remember that items must be free of pet hair.

If you'd like to make a return, just mail the item back to fabdog, including the packing slip you received. While the customer is responsible for return postage, we’re happy to inform you that we do not charge a restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We typically process returns within 1-3 business days upon receipt, and you can expect your refund back to the original payment method within approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your form of payment. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state or after the 14-day return period, we will issue store credit instead of a refund.

Exchanges

While fabdog no longer accepts exchanges, we make it easy for you. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you no longer wish to keep for a refund. Thank you for choosing fabdog!
